Fulfill the Nation’s Growing Need for Psychiatric and Mental Healthcare

Our online PMHNP track will give you the essential skills needed to complete comprehensive mental health assessments, as well as individual, family and group psychotherapy to treat your patients properly and with compassion. The role of the psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner is to assess, diagnose and treat the mental health needs of patients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. In our PMHNP program, you will develop competence in prescribing and monitoring medications used in the treatment of complex psychiatric disorders and substance abuse.
