Dr. Regina Prosser completed the PhD in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wilkes University. As a certified gerontological nurse and experienced nurse executive, her areas of interest include geriatrics and organizational leadership. Dr. Prosser is a TeamSTEPPs Master Trainer, author, and national speaker on various topics including interprofessional collaboration to improve quality and safety, and nursing home administration. Dr. Prosser is a licensed nursing home administrator and served as a vice president of clinical services for 15 years. Her experience as an educator includes associate professor at Ursuline College for prelicensure and post-licensure nursing programs and an adjunct instructor for Wilkes University’s graduate nursing program. She is currently Dean for Health Technologies at Lakeland Community College, Ohio.
